Booking and Payments
50% due at time of reservation
Final payment due 60 days prior for value or low season.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 90 days prior to date will be charged a $200 handling fee
Cancellations made 60-90 days out will forfeit deposit
Cancellations made less than 60 days will forfeit full booking payment
