Alta Snowbird Condominium Lodging Rates
Early season
Nov. 1st through Dec 10th $450 a night - 4 night min.
Regular season
Dec. 11th through April 2nd $650 a night – 6 night min.
Spring season
April 3rd through April 30th $450 a night – 4 night min.
Summer season
May 1st through Nov. 1st $300 a night – 3 night min.
(Utah lodging tax is 13.10% and is added on all rentals)
Booking and Payments
- 50% due at time of reservation
- Final payment due 60 days prior for value or low season.
- Final payment due 90 days prior for Regular/Holiday Season
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 90 days prior to date will be charged a $200 handling fee
- Cancellations made 60-90 days out will forfeit deposit
- Cancellations made less than 60 days will forfeit full booking payment
- Travel Insurance is recommended to protect you in the event of cancellation
- Lodging Tax is 13.10% in Utah and is added to all rentals
